If a WordPress plugin causes 100% memory and I/O usage of your cPanel account then rename the folder containing the faulty domain and use Home > Software > PHP Processes to kill off all processes. Return to Home and check resource use. Repeat, perhaps renaming other folders, until the problem is resolved.
